Funny thing

Funny thing is I learned to make jewelry from books. My mother, a great inspiration, gave me my first book on chain maille about 4 years ago. The Art of Chain Maille was a great starter to expert book with loads of beautiful illustrations.  I have been remarried for seventeen wonderful years after an abusive first marriage. I was literally suffocating in that relationship. I met Mike and his two daughters and my life has never been the same; his daughter’s were 5 and 7 years old at the time. I had finally found true love at the age of thirty. We raised them together and after 5 years we had a beautiful baby boy. My wonderful husband Mike has been so supportive; he truly has been my strength. When my father was ill 2 years ago, and he asked to me take care of him, Mike was right behind me, even though I quit my job of 10 years to move 3,300 miles away. I have been looking for work for oh about a year and a half now. That’s life it really has its up and downs. As I sit typing this blog I glanced over at my husband and thought how very lucky I am. We are sitting on the patio in our comfy Good Will patio furniture, both of us with our laptops in hand. Blog at you later..Eva
