I finished my sons Persian necklace for his bullet shell. It is 28 inches long. It only took 2.5 days. It came out pretty good. I know he will like it. I have to get back to working on my pirate flag. I am on row 17, only 73 more to go.

I started making my son's necklace for his bullet shell. I decided to make a full Persian. I couldn't remember how to make a Persian and after 4 hours of trying I almost gave up. The last Persian I made was in silver about a year ago. I sudenly rememberd I had to change the pattern a bit for flexibility. I true full Persian chain is too tight for jewelry. This time I wrote down the changes I made. I don't think I will ever forget, but just incase I have my notes.

Row 15 it's starting to take shape. So that's what 1,800 beads all lined up looks like. I have so many projects going on right now, I do not know what to do first. I am making a necklace and bracelet. I am finishing up my second scrap book for my daughters. Oh and my son wants a Persian chain Maille necklace for his 50 caliber shell he bought at the Navy Seal museum. I will be making christmas ornaments with bead weaving. Can't wait to start that one. I can't start until my mother comes to visit in November. She wants to learn how to bead weave. I thought it would be a good project for us.
